Membership
Membership to the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Association shall be Missionary/Baptist Christians and Missionary Baptist Churches that express a desire to participate with and press a desire to participate with and accept the duties and responsibilities expressed within the Rules and Regulations of the Association.

Registration Fees for Members / Member Churches shall be collected on or before each Annual Session and shall be based on a sliding scale that is dependent on the size of the Member Church and the ability to pay.
Mission
To provide teaching that will support the church communities so that God's people might be compelled to live in obedience to His will and His word, which will in turn be demonstrated in their relationship with family, the church, and the world around them, making a difference for Jesus.
Vision
Advance the Kingdom of God through education, collective fellowship, perpetual training and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
